We invite you to showcase your collection with us at Morton’s Private Members Club in Mayfair for our Luxury Summer Pop-up.

We bring together 6 selected designers in fashion, jewellery and accessories on Wednesday 10 July 2019 from 5pm-10pm.

Luxury pop-up in Mayfair

Promoting the pop-up

  • Social media (Instagram and Facebook)
  • Eventbrite
  • Invitations to our network
  • Leaflets to local residents and businesses

We also expect our brands participating to invite their clients, friends and colleagues to the event and share details on social media.

Setting up

From 4pm-5pm we will be setting up in the Club Room of Morton’s. It’s a beautiful bright space with windows overlooking Berkeley Square.

For jewellery designers, we would suggest bringing extra lighting to enhance your collection.

Other brands can bring floor lights or small table lights as the room may be quite dark after 8pm and the event finishes at 10pm. Fashion brands should consider bringing a full length mirror although there are ladies restrooms just outside the Club Room.

Parking

There is a single yellow line outside Mortons for you to park and off-load items.

Do remember it is the congestion zone.

You friends or clients visiting you after 6.30pm can park on Berkeley Square or anywhere on single yellow lines (check parking signs) where there is plenty of spaces.

Admission

General admission is free. There is a link to RSVP on our instagram page and website www.ldc-events.com as it is a Private Members Club and we are required to provide names of all guests.

We have access to their chic ground floor bar but there is a small fee of £10 which needs to be booked in advance. Any customers who purchase at the pop-up will have FREE access and our host Salima will need to be advised to arrange this on the day.

Food and beverages

On Berkeley Square, there are numerous cafes including Pret a Manager or Eat. Alternatively, there is a restaurant on the first floor, but is quite expensive.

We will be in touch if we can arrange a small discount to those showcasing at the pop-up for coffees and teas. My suggestion is to bring soft drinks/water!
